Crumb and BreatheAct may become consented observation sources. CogSnapshot may supply a signed summary. None becomes Deegha's patient database.
- CogSnapshot
- Owns individual psychometrics and team aggregates. Deegha may receive only a purpose-bound, revocable, signed summary, never raw answers or individual team rows.
- ClinicBaseline
- Owns the paper-clinic daily loop: scan/index, intake, search, recall/no-show work and export. It is not the longevity record.
- EMR and devices
- Remain systems of record. Production connections require tenant isolation, consent, provenance, reconciliation and an explicit failure state.
- Reporting
- Deegha owns longitudinal longevity, cohort and regulator-facing outputs. Psychometric reports stay in CogSnapshot.
Current state
Built enough to test the care story. Not ready for production patient data.
The local synthetic dashboard and interoperability templates make the loop testable. Production remains blocked on UAE residency, clinic identity and authorization, EMR/FHIR/HL7 and device connectors, security review and validated regulatory submission formats.
