deegha runs a dual-engine supervised cognitive battery — CogniFit CAB PRO (a validated computerised neuropsychological screening tool, FDA Reg. 3017544020, Class II SaMD; an aid to clinical decision-making, not a diagnostic instrument) alongside CNS Vital Signs — through a registry adapter that produces one structured, instrument-native report per case. Each domain is reported on its own engine's native scale; no scores are blended or converted into a proprietary composite.
deegha administers the battery and returns an unsigned, review-ready draft under the supervision of a BPS Registered Test User (Occupational: Ability and Personality), RQTU 473125 — a distinct BPS register from clinical licensing. The paid pilot includes no signer or signature. Any later clinic review, signature and governed release are separate.
This is a per-case vendor service, not a software licence or a seat-based subscription.
From H2 2026, DoH licensed Healthy Longevity Medicine providers report, semi-annually through the JAWDA e-notification system, the indicator “Improvement or Optimal Maintenance in Cognitive Function Among Adult Patients” — calculated per domain across memory, executive function and processing speed, against an individualized baseline.

Every case returns one report, built from the same underlying battery, expressed in three registers. A public sample (not real patient data) is available on request.
Patient-facing register: wellbeing indicators (physical, psychological, social) and a per-domain cognitive profile table — score, performance band, and the engine's native Validity Indicator (CNS Vital Signs reports VI natively; CogniFit CAB PRO does not assess it, and the report states this plainly rather than inferring a value).

No treatment direction or prognosis. Recommendations are staged monitoring and referral guidance for the clinician, not a prescribed course of treatment.
